Queen of Aparia Update

Hi everyone,

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about Queen of Aparia, and I wanted to let you know I’m still working on it. I scheduled it in for last fall, and I should have had plenty of time to finish it, but it didn’t go smoothly, and I didn’t get it done in its time slot.

When I wrote Creatures of Midnight, I planned to transition to a spin-off series to finish the main story. (Season Two if you will.) I received so many reader requests to finish the series in Madeline’s point of view instead of switching to a new character in a new series, I decided to write a fifth book instead.

Untangling this story from the spin-off series I planned ended up being far more complicated than I anticipated. I’m extremely happy with the progress I’ve made in the last few weeks, and I think it’s going to go smoothly from here.

I don’t have an estimated release date, but I am hoping to have it out this year.
